1. Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within Hong Kong, Australia, United Kingdom, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, and China. If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, feel free to contact us!

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Shipping time varies by location:

Local orders: 3–7 business days

International orders: 7–21 business days

3. How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since our items are often handmade or personalized, we typically do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue, please email us within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll do our best to help.

5. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
